We Need Your Voice for Rental Assistance!
Landlords, how can you help?
In our time working together through either Landlord-Tenant Mediation or Lawyer of the Day program (or both!), many of you have expressed enthusiasm and support for the services RentHelpPGH provided to your tenant as well as the rental assistance that we were able to help you both access. These strong partnerships have allowed us to connect landlords with more than $12 million in rental assistance since 2023. Rental assistance, and to a large degree these programs, were funded through COVID response funds that are now running out.
Thank you for working with us during these years to build programs that can best serve you and your tenants. We have heard from countless clients, tenants and landlords alike, who wish that our services had been available prior to the pandemic and hope they’ll remain available moving forward.
CALL
TO
ACTION:
We fight for the programs that let landlords do well and do good. We fight for the tools that protect families who rent—and the families who own the homes they live in.

Every year, RentHelpPGH advocates for the funding that helps landlords protect their bottom line while keeping tenants housed through temporary setbacks. These resources make it possible to resolve rent issues early, avoid court, and preserve stable tenancies.

It’s smart. It’s effective. And it benefits everyone.

Help us keep these programs strong.
Take five minutes to email your elected officials—municipal, county, state, and federal—and remind them that eviction prevention works. It protects your investment, strengthens tenant relationships, and supports the long-term health of the communities you rent in.
