The Housing Stabilization Center in downtown Pittsburgh provides in person support for Allegheny County residents engaged in eviction proceedings and in need of rental assistance or who need help filing an eviction appeal. Employees from ACTION-Housing, Inc. and RentHelpPGH are available Monday through Thursday to assist. The hours are 9:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. but plan to arrive by 4:00p.m. to ensure they have time to assist you.
