RentHelpPGH Monthly Resource Newsletters

Each month, RentHelpPGH distributes a Resource Newsletter to our 2,000 most recent clients in Allegheny County. Designed by our Resource Ambassador team, these newsletters maintain an average open rate of approximately 40%, helping us stay connected with households that have recently experienced housing instability.
 

The newsletter is intended to ensure that families remain aware of ongoing opportunities to access support, including both immediate and long-term resources. Topics may include housing opportunities, utility assistance, food access, employment programs, community fairs, clinics, legal services, and other stabilization resources.
 

While our Community Resource Guide focuses on longer-term and regularly available resources, the Monthly Resource Newsletter archive highlights more time-sensitive opportunities, including special events, limited-time programs, and seasonal resources. Each edition also highlights one or two ongoing resources that reflect recurring needs and themes our Resource Navigators are hearing directly from clients.
